Refund Policy
We would rather give you a refund than have you stuck with something that doesn't work for you.
Key points
30-day window. Request a refund any time within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
30 AI actions. The usage threshold is intentionally generous — we want you to actually try the product.
Original payment method. Refunds go back to however you paid — card, PayPal, or otherwise.
Just ask. Email us before your 30 days are up and we'll sort it out. No forms, no hoops.

This policy applies to all CircuitForge LLC software subscriptions and lifetime licenses.
Overview
CircuitForge offers software subscriptions and lifetime licenses for AI-assisted productivity tools. Because our products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase, our refund policy is designed to balance genuine satisfaction guarantees against the realities of software delivery.
We want you to feel confident trying our products. If something isn't working for you, we'd rather make it right than have you stuck with something you don't find useful.
Eligibility
You may request a full refund if both of the following conditions are met.
Within 30 days of purchase — Your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.
Fewer than 30 AI actions used — Your account must have logged fewer than 30 AI actions under the subscription or license you are requesting a refund for.
An AI action is any request that uses cloud-hosted or bring-your-own-key (BYOK) AI inference — such as generating a document, running an AI-assisted research task, or completing an AI-powered analysis. Actions completed using local inference only do not count toward this threshold. A full list of what counts as an AI action is available in each product's documentation.
Subscription Plans
Monthly and annual subscriptions that meet both eligibility conditions above qualify for a full refund of the most recent charge.
- Monthly subscriptions: refund of the current month's charge
- Annual subscriptions: refund of the full annual charge if within the 30-day / 30 AI action window. Partial refunds for unused months are not available outside this window.
Cancellation of a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. To request a refund, please follow the process below.
Lifetime Licenses
Lifetime license purchases are subject to the same eligibility criteria: refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and before 30 AI actions have been used under that license. After this window, lifetime license purchases are final.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@circuitforge.tech with:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your order confirmation number or purchase date
- A brief note about why the product didn't work for you (optional, but helps us improve)
We will confirm your eligibility and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The 30-day window has passed since purchase
- Your account has logged 30 or more AI actions under the relevant subscription or license
- Your account has been suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service
- The refund request appears to be part of a pattern of abuse, including repeated purchase-and-refund cycles across one or more accounts
Discretionary Refunds
CircuitForge may issue refunds outside the standard eligibility criteria at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as extended service outages or billing errors. Issuing a discretionary refund in one case does not obligate CircuitForge to issue similar refunds in future cases.
